Oxford Street runs through one of Accra’s best-known commercial and social districts. Boutiques, restaurants, cafés, craft sellers, street trade and nightlife share the same stretch, giving Osu its constant movement.
The Osu edition brings street architecture, palm forms and the area’s layered urban character within an anatomical heart, with the palms and built forms establishing its sense of place.
The design focuses on this lived street character—not monuments located elsewhere in Accra.

Oxford Street runs through one of Accra’s best-known commercial and social districts. Boutiques, restaurants, cafés, craft sellers, street trade and nightlife share the same stretch, giving Osu its constant movement between local routine and international energy. The design focuses on this lived street character—not monuments located elsewhere in Accra.
The Osu edition brings street architecture, palm forms and the area’s layered urban character within an anatomical heart. Fine engraved linework gives the streetscape depth while the palms and built forms establish the composition’s distinctive sense of place.
The artwork is positioned centrally on the front of the garment, accompanied by “ACCRA IN MY VEINS” and the Osu edition name. The approved AS monogram sits at the upper back, creating a restrained signature when the garment is viewed from behind.
One master composition is maintained across Archive Black, Museum Bone, Imperial Indigo and Heritage Gold. The artwork’s proportions, architectural arrangement, typography and placement remain consistent throughout the edition.
